We have worked with clients of all fitness abilities throughout the UK, and have vast experiences in field-testing where we regularly visit gyms around the country to improve individual and team performances. Clients include elite athletes, professional swimmers, racing drives, rugby, football and cricket players, along with rowers and boxer. We examine them on a physiological perspective, together with nutrition analysis, and strength & conditioning. Our knowledge and expertise within the health and fitness industry is priceless when it comes to helping his clients achieve their goals.
